These foods include beans, whole grain breads, cauliflower, chocolate, egg yolks, fish, mushrooms, peanuts, and poultry.
4. Vitamin B6 – if you are suffering from excessive hair loss, your doctor may recommend that you include more vitamin B6 in your diet. You can find this vitamin in many different foods. They include liver, fish, meat, eggs, cheese, milk, legumes, and cereal grains.
5. Vitamin D – this vitamin helps your body retain an adequate amount of phosphorus and calcium. People who get enough of this vitamin will also benefit by having a healthier head of hair.
